1. General


1.1 These conditions apply to the purchase of goods and other services on TETKOB’s website www.tetkob.com.

1.2 Only consumers can buy goods and services (collectively defined as “products”) on TETKOB’s website. When ordering products on www.tetkob.com , you confirm that you do not buy products as a trader or for resale.

2. Conclusion of an agreement


2.1 A legally binding agreement between you and TETKOB is only entered into effect when you receive an order confirmation per. e-mail. Until you receive an order confirmation, TETKOB is entitled to cancel your order in whole or in part, e.g. due to price and text errors or sold out items, and if this happens, you will of course be notified by e-mail.

2.2 When you have placed an order on www.tetkob.com, you will automatically receive an e-mail stating which products you have ordered. This email is only an electronic receipt that we have received your order. No legally binding agreement has been entered into effect between you and TETKOB at this time.

2.3 In some cases, we need to get in touch with you, e.g. due to logistical reasons, system errors, or the like. In those cases, we will email or call you. Therefore, you need to make sure that your email and phone number are always correct.

3. Delivery and assembly


3.1 Delivery and collection and collection

3.1.1 We ship your item as soon as possible generally not later than 1-5 working days after you have received your order confirmation, depending on the item type, unless otherwise stated on the basis of the individual item.

4. Prices


4.1 Our prices are updated regularly. This is the price that appears on your order confirmation, which is sent per email that you have to pay. The prices stated for the individual products on www.tetkob.com are exclusive of delivery and installation costs.

5. Payment


5.1 To shop at www.tetkob.com , you must be 18 years of age and be in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept or make use of our other forms of payment described in p. 5.2.

5.2 At www.tetkob.com you can pay with Dankort, VISA / Dankort, VISA Electron, VISA, Eurocard / MasterCard, and more. Furthermore, you may be able to use other payment solutions such as mobile-based payment services.

5.3 The amount will only be deducted from your account when TETKOB has shipped the item or delivered the service. An amount greater than what you have approved can never be deducted.

5.4 If several products have been ordered on an order and one or more of the products cannot be delivered immediately, we only deduct the payment for the product or products when the goods are shipped or the service has been delivered. However, we usually ship your entire order together, unless otherwise agreed for the specific order. Of course, customers are free to contact TETKOB if a mistake has occurred on deducting money.

5.5 Using certain payment methods, the card issuer may reserve the amount in the account associated with the payment method before the order has been shipped and the money has been withdrawn. In some cases, this is a requirement, cf. the agreement between you, your bank and the card issuer. In case a reservation needs to be canceled in connection with the cancellation of an order, we can in many cases help, by contacting your bank and requesting the cancellation of the reservation. Contact us and we will do what we can to help.

5.6 All credit cards, debit cards and mobile-based payment transactions are carried out via the secure payment system which is approved by Stripe, NETS or other relevant companies. All card information is transmitted encrypted via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection.

6. Right of withdrawal and extended right of return


6.1 Right of withdrawal when purchasing goods

6.1.1 You can cancel your purchase without justification before the cancellation period. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

6.1.2 You must notify us before the expiry of the cancellation period that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification can be given to us via e-mail to [email protected]. 6.1.4 Cancellation of part of the purchase

· If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

· Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs (and the bank processing fees) if you regret part of your purchase. Depending on the postal service, the cost of returning the product could be paid by yourself, and maybe by TETKOB.

6.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

· Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

· Delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software on which you have broken the seal.

· Delivery of food or other goods for the household’s current consumption if the seal is broken.

6.4 Return of goods

6.4.1 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send or deliver the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you have notified us that you exercise your right of withdrawal. You must bear the cost of returning the item, and you are responsible for the item being packed properly.

6.4.2 You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, including as a result of handling the product other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and the way it works. You can therefore try the item in the same way as if you tried the item in a store, but if the item has been tried in addition to this, we consider the item as used, which means that you only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the market value of the product. TETKOB has the right to price the product.

6.4.3 If a discount has been given on one or more items as a result of setting up a subscription service, e.g.: Mobile subscription, utility company, broadband and more. And if use is made of cancellation or cancellation of the subscription service, the discount, which must therefore be paid to TETKOB, lapses. You will receive an email with information on how to pay the remaining amount.

6.4.4 Please return the item in original packaging. Missing or damaged original packaging usually results in a deterioration of the item’s market value, which we reserve the right to deduct in the refund to you.

6.4.5 You bear the risk for the goods until we receive them. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number.

6.4.6 Due to their nature, certain goods cannot be returned by normal mail. For example, if you must return large goods, TV etc., our customer service may help you find a freight forwarder to help you with the return. You need to pay for the return.

6.4.7 If you want to return an item, you must contact us first and receive the delivery address. The delivery address can change depending on your location and the product.

6.5 Repayment of money in case of cancellation

6.5.1 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all amounts received from you excluding the shipment costs. Sometimes, the delivery cost is also covered by TETKOB depending on your purchase agreement, location and the product. The refund will be made without undue delay. However, we may withhold the amount until we have received the goods returned, or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned.

6.5.2 For refunds, we use the same means of payment that you have used when paying for the item, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

6.5.3 In addition to the goods described in pkt. 6.3, the right of return does not apply to:

· Subscriptions, kitchen parts, kitchens & special orders.

· Apple products where the packaging is broken.

· Mobile phones where the packaging is broken.

· PC components where the packaging is broken

· Consumables, such as batteries and inks where the packaging is broken.

· In-ear headphones and True wireless headphones where the packaging is broken.

· Hygiene products, such as dental care products, skin and body care products where the packaging is broken.

6.5.4 In the event of suspicion of abuse, the right of return does not apply.

7. Complaints


7.1 When you buy goods on www.tetkob.com, you can send us or the manufacturer your complains within the product guaranty period.

7.2 A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material defect, or incorrect information about the item. On the other hand, ordinary wear and tear or damage you have caused to the item yourself is not a defect. If the item has a defect and you complain in a timely manner, you have the right to have the item repaired or exchanged depending on the product guaranty policy.
